My Path Here

Born in Madrid to a dynamic Dutch mother and a philosophical Greek father, I was shaped by a global, multicultural lens from the beginning. My family moved to the U.S. when I was five — what was meant to be a one-year stay turned into two decades of life in the Washington, D.C. area.

After earning a B.S. in Economics from Duke University, I began a successful corporate career in finance, tech, and marketing. But like many high-achieving women, I eventually faced burnout and a wave of mysterious health challenges that forced me to listen more deeply to my body and my spirit.

That turning point led me into a long, soul-led unraveling. I left behind conventional success, traveled full-time for nearly eight years, and immersed myself in energy healing, somatic work, yoga and other movement practices, integrative health, and metaphysical studies. Without knowing it, I became part of the first wave of digital nomads — carving a path of freedom, intuition, and reinvention.

Much of my work is now rooted in Greece, where I live by the Aegean Sea — a land rich with memory, myth, and medicine. I believe the land itself holds ancient keys and energetic codes that support transformation, remembrance, and deeper alignment. These energies often weave into the experiences I facilitate, both consciously and intuitively.

Today

I work with individuals and groups across the globe through 1:1 sessions, soulful marketing consulting, retreats, and energetic healing. I also co-founded Muse Frequency, a growing community for women founders and creators seeking connection, sisterhood, and soul-fueled growth.

At the core of my work is an invitation to return — to your body, your voice, your essence, and the deeper intelligence that lives beneath the noise.
