My Path Here

Born in Madrid to a Dutch mother and Greek father, I grew up moving between cultures and perspectives. At five, my family moved to the U.S., where what was meant to be a year became two decades in the Washington, D.C. area.

After earning a B.S. in Economics from Duke University, I began a successful corporate career in finance, tech, and marketing. Like many high-achieving women, I eventually faced burnout and a wave of mysterious health challenges that forced me to listen more deeply to my body and spirit. A turning point came when burnout and health challenges called me into a deeper listening to my body, my energy, and the parts of myself I had sidelined in pursuit of achievement. I left my corporate career, traveled full-time for nearly eight years, and immersed myself in Eastern energetics, somatic work, integrative health, sound healing, and ancient wisdom traditions.

That turning point led to a long, soul-led unraveling. I left behind conventional success, traveled full-time for nearly eight years, and immersed myself in energy healing, somatic work, yoga and other movement practices, integrative health, and metaphysical studies. Without realizing it, I became part of the first wave of digital nomads — carving a path of freedom, intuition, and reinvention.

My life is now rooted in Greece, surrounded by mountains and sea. The land’s ancient keys, energetic codes, and elemental presence often weave into the spaces I hold, both consciously and intuitively, to support transformation, remembrance, and deeper alignment.

Today

I work with individuals and groups across the globe through my 1:1 sessions, marketing and messaging consulting, retreats, and energy healing.

At the heart of it all is the work of clearing the crystal — revealing the light and intelligence that have always been there, and allowing them to move freely through life and work.

At the core of my work is an invitation to return — to your body, your voice, your essence, and the deeper intelligence that lives beneath the noise.

I weave strategy and soul, action and rest, devotion and pragmatism… not as opposites, but as essential parts of a living whole. Integration is where magic becomes sustainable.

I move in harmony with natural cycles — seasonal, lunar, emotional, and energetic. Returning to the Earth’s rhythm brings us back into our own.

Wholeness is an inner harmony between receptive and active energies, the stillness of listening and the clarity of action. From this balance, a pure, undistorted current of energy flows through life and creation.

What I Believe

We are born with a blueprint of wholeness, a crystalline thread running through body, heart, and soul. The body carries our deepest wisdom. The soul knows the way.

Leadership is an energetic art, where true impact flows from resonance, not control. Marketing can be an act of devotion. Business can be a sacred vessel. Creativity is the current that connects us to the infinite.

Transformation takes root in spaces that let us soften into truth, rise with courage, and listen with attunement.

When we are in clear alignment with what is real and true, life moves in its natural rhythm and the current carries us exactly where we are meant to go.
