This six-day retreat in Greece is a pilgrimage of return.
A return to your inner sanctum.
To the elemental wisdom of the land.
To the felt feminine voice of truth
that is so often forgotten in a noisy world.
We begin by the waters and temples of Corinth, where myth and devotion intertwine. Here, at the Baths of Beautiful Helen — where local legend tells that Helen of Troy once bathed and the waters absorbed her beauty and healing essence — we cleanse and attune. The ritual waters wash away what is no longer needed and open us to the threshold of myth, where the personal and the collective meet.
We then journey to the Temple of Hera, queen of Olympus, to stand in the archetype of sovereignty and sacred union. Hera invites us to root our voice in authority and devotion.
From there, we journey to Mount Helicon, the sacred mountain and valley of the Muses with an excursion to Delphi, once known as the “naval of the world,” where priestesses spoke the visions of the earth. In this landscape of myth and spring, we walk the ancient path of poetry, prophecy, and soul expression. Through ritual, voice work, archetypal exploration, and attunement to the land, we open to the Oracle within.

Itinerary overview
Day 1 (May 27)– Arrival in Corinth.
Opening circle, welcome dinner and grounding by the sea.
Day 2 (May 28 )– Thermal Baths & Temple of Hera.
Morning ritual at Loutra tis Oraias Elenis (Helen of Troy’s thermal baths). Visit at Temple of Hera, afternoon swim and short hike to lighthouse. Tavern dinner by the sea.
Day 3 (May 29) – Journey to Helicon and Valley of the Muses.
Morning departure for Valley of the Muses (2.5–3 hrs). Check-in at private stone estate. Evening hike along the ancient Delphi Trail, the path once linking the Muses’ sanctuary with Delphi and walked by poets and pilgrims carrying offerings between inspiration and prophecy. Dinner & circle.
Day 4 (May 30) – Excursion to Delphi.
The ancient Oracle site once known as the omphalos, the navel of the world, where the priestesses of Apollo spoke the voice of the earth through their bodies. Hike to the Corycian Cave, sacred to Pan the god of wild nature, fertility, and ecstatic frenzy, and to the Corycian Nymphs, spirits of flowing water and caves& the Nymphs. Lunch in Livadia by the springs once linked to the chthonic oracle of Trophonius. Return to Helicon for rest and light dinner.
Day 5 (May 31) – Valley of the Muses & Full Moon Ritual.
Morning visit to the Hippocrene Spring, where myth tells that Pegasus struck the earth. Afternoon Somatic Voice Activation Workshop. Evening Closing Feast + Full Moon Cacao Ritual (in Sagittarius, the Archer who points beyond the horizon toward wisdom, freedom, and higher perspective)
Day 6 (June 1) – Return to the Aegean.
Morning departure from Helicon. Afternoon swim at Cape Sounion, beneath the Temple of Poseidon at the edge of the Aegean. Sunset dinner. Final night stay in Athens.
Day 7 (June 2) - Final integration.
Breakfast, integration, departures.
