This retreat is not about answers.

About learning to hear the subtle frequency of your own knowing.

This six-day retreat in Greece is a pilgrimage of return.
A return to your inner sanctum.
To the elemental wisdom of the land.
To the felt feminine voice of truth
that is so often forgotten in a noisy world.

We begin in the lush forests and waters of Pelion, the Heart Chakra of Greece and the mythical home of Chiron, the wounded healer. Here we will soften, ground, and open the somatic gateway to inner listening.

Then we travel to Delphi, the Home of the Ancient Oracles of Pythia and the Melissae, and Mount Helicon, sacred to the Muses,. Here we will walk the ancient path of poetry, prophecy, and soul expression. Through ritual, voice work, movement, and mythic exploration, we open to the Oracle within.

A Journey Through Earth & Self

Itinerary Overview

Sept 18– Arrival in Pelion. Grounding, welcome ritual, and evening by the sea.

Sept 19 – Forest walks, somatic practices, softening into the body’s wisdom.

Sept 20 – Travel to Mount Helicon. Opening circle + evening hike on the Delphi trail.

Sept 21 (New Moon) – Visit Delphi and hike to the Corycian Cave, a place of ancient worship dedicated to the Nymphs and the god Pan. Nourishing lunch amidst the cold springs of Livadia.

Sept 22 (Equinox) – Explore the Valley of the Muses and the Hippocrene Spring, said to have birthed Pegasus. Cooking class in the afternoon.

Sept 23 – Voice activation ritual. New Moon & Equinox Closing feast.

Sept 24 – Sunrise walk. Integration. Aphrodite’s Cave in Corinth. Return to Athens.

Where You’ll Be Staying

All accommodations are chosen for their serenity, intimacy, and connection to the land.

  • Two nights in a boutique guesthouse in Pelion, surrounded by nature, near the sea.

  • Four nights in a private stone estate at the foot of Mount Helicon, near the Valley of the Muses.
